Jesus said, The kingdom of the father is like a certain woman. She took a little leaven, concealed it in some dough, and made it into large loaves. Let him who has ears hear. (96)
The kingdom of the father referred to in this verse is the evolving cosmos. The leaven spoken about is the karmic and evolutionary force inherent in the energy structure of the universe itself. At the heart of everything is the divine nature whose purpose is its own revelation. This is the leaven that works from within to without with the intention of revealing itself. Until that revealing it is hidden and there is no hint of its presence. Furthermore that revealing is intended to come about in an exact order and culminate in the same way that the tree results from a seed. The patterns of this revelation are held in the consciousness of God, since the cosmos itself is the incarnation of God. It is the innate divine nature of all things that is the force impelling them toward the heights of evolution and the revelation of their divinity. The kingdom of the father is the dream of the father, and its perfection is the awakening in which all participate ultimately
