New Soham Talks
Swami Nirmalananda has begun a series of talks on Youtube talking about Soham Yoga Meditation. Beginning with a talk on the background of the Nath Yogi tradition, the second talk below is on the actual method of Soham Yoga. Further talks will be commentaries on the teachings of Soham Yoga by the modern saint of Soham, Gajanana Maharaj.
