Light of the Spirit on Social Media

Light of the Spirit Monastery has a number of social media accounts which we will highlight in today’s blog post. We invite you to explore, subscribe, follow, share, like and comment on all these platforms.

Over a million views

First, our YouTube channel is growing substantially. We have had over 1,000,000 views of our numerous videos, including a number of new videos recently added. Our most recent video, a short video called The Cave in India Where Jesus Stayed, we share below:

Our most popular video shows our visit to the Kali Temple of Dakshineshwar, north of Kolkata, by way of boat on the Ganga (Ganges) River, from Belur Math.

In 2003 monks from of our ashram were guests of the Ramakarishna Mission at its headquarters at Belur Math, founded by Swami Vivekananda and the other monastic disciples of Sri Ramakrishna. The monks took the long dreamed of pilgrimage from the Math to the Dakshineshwar Kali Temple made famous by Sri Ramakrishna and Holy Mother Sri Sarada Devi. Hopefully this video captures a bit of that wonderful experience. You can share in this darshan (watch this video here).

At SacredVisionsArt.com you will find quality sacred art in a wide range of formats for your home, office, or place of personal worship. Proceeds from all sales go to support the monastery’s educational efforts through its websites and publishing endeavors.
